Incorporating either a glass or quartz base, the dishes are ideal for use in confocal laser microscopy. With the benefit of excellent transmittance and low fluorescence, they allow sensitive fluorescence measurements to be made at high magnification.
Comprising an easy to handle 35 mm plate with either a 12 mm or 27 mm glass base attached with non-toxic silicon adhesive, the dishes combine a culture environment with the optical surface required for microscopy. Available in cases of 50, they form a valuable part of the Iwaki cell biology range which provides the complete solution for all bio-science applications.
